To house occasional visitors, and so families and single buyers can have a place to stay while their house is being built, each Housing Area will have a lodge with a kitchen, dining room, lounge, shower rooms, and sleeping rooms.
The lodge will be fully staffed.
Facilities will be available for the occasional professional worker/councilor, medical person, etc., to visit.
Costs for the rooms and meals will be at a rate of expenses incurred for operation, plus 10% for utilities.
If space is available, veterans not purchasing a house, but working in the project’s fabrication warehouse, will also be accommodated.
